Payment

All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card through "Click for Registration" button. Neither checks nor cash are accepted. Registration fee payments must be received prior to the deadline date in order to remain at the current registration rate.

Your payment will be charged within a week after you completed the online application.

Confirmation

Attendees will receive a confirmation by e-mail when payment is received in full by the middle of May. Please present this confirmation at the Registration Desk at the conference venue for the smooth registration.

 

Change/Cancellation

In the case of cancellation, please contact us (hql2018@or.knt.co.jp) by email.Changes can be made online by May 20, 2018 (JST). After that, a written notification should be sent to HQL 2018 Registration Desk (hql2018@or.knt.co.jp) by email to avoid any trouble.

The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on our working hours (Monday through Friday 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM [Japan time = GMT+9:00] except for national holidays.) After the working hours, cancellation will be made on our next working day, which may incur charges.
