Cancellation Policy
You can change and cancel your reservation online until 17:00, Monday, April 16, 2018 (Japan Time) with your ID and password. After this date, a written notification must be sent to KNT by e-mail (imw2018@kntcthd.co.jp) to avoid any miscommunications.

The date and time of cancellation will be based on our working hours: Monday through Friday 9:30–17:30 [Japan time] except national holidays in Japan. Cancellation requests received after these hours will be processed the next business day, according to which the cancellation charges may apply.
Payment
Credit card or bank transfer
All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card through Online Reservation or by bank transfer in advance. Neither checks nor cash are accepted.
Credit Card: We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and JCB.
*Please use a credit card which is valid at least until June 2018.
Bank Transfer: A bank transfer must be made in full amount without any deductions for remittance charges by April 16, 2018 (Japan Time).
