We will offer free ticket of bleacher at the parade on a first-come-first-served basis. You can also enjoy the parade by self-guided tour.

Accommodation (operated by KNT-CT Global Travel)

A block of rooms at neighboring hotels has been secured for the workshop attendees. Accommodation can be booked via Online Registration. Rooms are limited and are on a first-come first-serve basis.

Application for the accommodation will be closed on June 20, 2018[JST].

Payment

All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card through Online Registration or by bank transfer. Neither checks nor cash are accepted.

Registration fee payments must be received prior to the deadline date in order to remain at the current registration rate.

Your registration and hotel reservation will be confirmed with your full payment.
Your payment will be charged after June 20, 2018.

Confirmation

Attendees will receive a confirmation by e-mail around the beginning of July when payment is received in full. Please present the confirmation at the Registration Desk at the conference venue for the smooth registration.

 

Change / Cancellation

Changes and cancellations can be made online by July 1, 2018[JST]. After that, a written notification should be sent to IWBS2018 Registration Desk (iwbs2018@or.knt.co.jp) by email to avoid any trouble.
The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on our working hours (Monday through Friday 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM [Japan time = GMT+9:00] except national holidays.) After the working hours, cancellation will be made on our next working day, which may incur charges.

*It may take several months to arrive the refund on your credit card statement or your bank account.

Attendees who require the documents should apply “Required” for the VISA application via Online Application.

*The IWBS 2018 Registration Desk will contact the attendees who need visa documents by a separate email for the further information.

 

Attention

-Since it takes time for obtaining visa, we suggest you to contact the Japanese Embassy/Consulate-General with jurisdiction over your place of residence immediately to make sure what you need to prepare for.

-It may take 4 weeks for the documents to reach you after you contact us for your visa application. (7-14 days for the documents’ preparation and 10-14 days for sending documents.)

We strongly advise you to apply at least one month prior to the conference.
