Welcome to the online registration site for the "28th International Symposium on the Organic Chemistry of Sulfur（ISOCS-28）".
We ask all participants to make registration for symposium through this website before the deadline.
This website is managed and operated by KNT-CT Global Travel CO., LTD. (KNT), the official travel agent of this symposium.
Please note that registration, hotel accommodations will be completed only with full payment.

*Those who register as “Student” are required to submit a copy of a current student ID upon the registration by e-mail (isocs28-rgst@kntcthd.co.jp) and to present it at the onsite registration desk.
**Applications for Excursion and Banquet will be closed before the deadline (July 31) if the number of participants reaches the limit.
The registration fee entitles delegates to the following:
- Admission for all sessions (except for Accompanying Person)
- Admission for Welcome Reception (on Aug. 26)
- Abstracts (except for Accompanying Person)
- Coffee Break
- Family Program (for Accompanying Person only)
Lunch ticket is available at an additional cost.

Payment
Payment of registration fees, full deposit for hotel application and any other applicable charges should be made in Japanese Yen by one of the following payment methods.
1) Credit Card (VISA, Master Card, American Express and JCB only)【Overseas participants only】
If you choose a credit card payment, the amount due will be charged to your credit card within a week after making the registration.
2) Bank Transfer
A bank transfer must be made in full amount without any deductions for bank charges.

Please note:
The payment should be settled by June 29, 2018 (for Early) and July 31, 2018 (for Late), respectively, at the latest. However you are requested to make your payment immediately (within a week) after your registration.
No hotel reservation will be confirmed in the absence of this payment.
Confirmation
KNT will email you a confirmation after the deadline, informing you of the completed registration, hotel reservation with the name of your hotel and other information which applies. Please be sure to bring the confirmation e-mail when you register at the venue and when you check-in at your hotel.
Change and Cancellation
In case of any changes or cancellation, please send us a written notice by e-mail at isocs28-rgst@kntcthd.co.jp.
The date and time of the change or cancellation will be based on our working hours (Monday through Friday except National holidays, during 09:30am-5:30pm (Japan time = GMT+9:00)). After working hours, the change or cancellation will be processed our next working day, which may incur charges.

Refund
Refund will be made during or after the symposium period, after deducting bank and / or credit card service charges and the cancellation penalties. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made to the same credit card. Please make sure your credit card is valid through the end of September, 2018.
Visa
If you need a visa to enter Japan, KNT-CT Global Travel CO., LTD. will help you to provide the documentation for the visa support:
-Letter of guarantee
-Letter of reason for invitation
-Schedule of stay

Indispensable condition to request the visa support:
- You have submitted an abstract.
- You have completed the online registration.
- Your registration fee has been paid.
- If you wish to bring any accompanying persons and request the visa support for him/her with yours, he/she must be your legal spouse or children.
*Please note that if any of these requirements is not met, the visa support cannot be accepted.
*Visa applications should be made at least one month before the intended travel dates. We strongly suggest you to inform us your request of visa application as soon as possible.
*For applicants who need to apply for a visa, the payment date of the registration fee will be advanced.
Please send an email to isocs28-rgst@kntcthd.co.jp, if you are required a visa for Japan.
Insurance
Participants are advised to procure their own travel insurance, as the Organizing Committee will assume no responsibility for personal accidents, sickness, theft or property damage.
Requirements for Application
For accommodations, agreement is required for below 3 points before making online application:
1) Information related to accommodations will be all announced on this website. There will be no brochures or other items (instructions, contracts, etc.) sent through post.
2) KNT-CT Global Travel CO., LTD. and commissioned companies shall use personal information entered in the application form to contact the applicant, and shall also use the information within the scope necessary for arranging and providing the applied services.
3) Purchase of travel services represents your acceptance of "Agent-Organized Tour Terms and Conditions". Please download or print it before applying.
