About Room Reservation
- We will take your reservation requests for the period from Saturday, October 13 to October 19 (Check-out is on Saturday, October 20).
- Please contact us by e-mail if you want to reserve rooms that are not in plan (e.g. triple room), or accommodate before or after the dates we have arranged.
- Reservation will be processed on a first-come and first-served basis, therefore, please note that the rooms can be sold out before the deadline. (In this case, please make reservation with your second choice hotel.)

About Cancellation
You may cancel the reservation by paying the cancellation fee as given below.

-If reserved twin room and one of them cancelled, the cancellation fee will be charged to the preson who cancelled.
(In case of the cancellation after 20 days prior to the date of stay) and single room fee will be charged to another person.
-Please contact us by e-mail if there are any changes or cancellations in guest’s name, room types, etc. (Change of reservation by phone is not accepted.)
-After working hours, cancellation will be made next day, which may incur charges.
-Please contact the hotel directly in case of any changes or cancellations after 5:00 p.m. on the day of stay.
How to Apply
Please fill in necessary information the booking form to proceed with your booking before Tuesday, September 18, 18:00(Japan Time).
Application by phone or FAX is not accepted.
About Payment
After receiving the application form, we will inform of the procedure of online payment by email.
Payment method is credit card only. We will charge to your credit card by September 9.
Requirements for application
For accommodations, agreement is required for below 3 points before making online application:
- Information related to accommodations will be all announced on this website. There will be no brochures or other items (instructions, contracts, etc.) sent through post.
- KNT and commissioned companies shall use personal information entered in the application form to contact the applicant, and shall also use the information within the scope necessary for arranging and providing the applied services.
- Purchase of travel services represents your acceptance of “Custom_Ordered Tour Terms and Conditions”. Please download it or print it out before applying.
