- Car parking permit is not included. If needed, please contact the hotel directly.
- Please write smoking or non-smoking room request in “Remarks” on the application form. Your request will be forwarded to the hotel. However, please kindly understand that smoking/non-smoking rooms might not provide you as you requested due to the room vacancy.

Payment will be made in Japanese Yen.
Total amount will be charged to your credit card within a week after the deadline . Your reservation will be completed after the payment. Confirmation of the payment will be sent to your e-mail address.
*E-mail will be sent to you by May 2, 2018 in case the credit card could not be used. Your reservation will be cancelled if the payment is not completed by May 8, 2018.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
To change and cancel your hotel reservation after the deadline(April 25, 2018), a written notification should be sent to Kinki Nippon Tourist by e-mail (ecc_iod23@or.knt.co.jp). The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Monday through Friday 09:30am-5:30pm [Japan time] except national holidays and New year’s holiday. *Refund will be made to the same credit card during or after IFAAP 2018 after deducting the cancellation penalties.
*The credit card refund takes as long as it does is the number of steps involved in the refund process. You might see the refund in the next month statement.
ONLINE HOTEL RESERVATION
Hotel reservation can be made on the online through “Online Hotel Reservation”
-You must have a valid email address in order to apply online. All communication with regard to your registration will be sent via e-mail. -After submitting the online hotel reservation, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that the submission of your hotel request was successful. However, please note that receiving the e-mail does not imply your hotel reservation is confirmed until the total amount is charged completely.
Reservation for the hotel can be made on online upon the agreement with 1 and 2, reading 3 below.
- Information related to the hotel reservation will be all announced on this website. There will be no brochures or other items (instructions, contracts, etc.) sent through post.
- Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd and commissioned companies shall use personal information entered in the application form submitted for an application to contact a client, and to the extent necessary for arranging and providing services for which the client has applied. Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. shall share parts or all of personal date to transportation and accommodation facilities as well as representatives to the extent necessary to arrange services.
