Accommodation

A block of rooms at neighboring hotels has been secured for the participants. Accommodation can be booked via Online Registration. Rooms are limited and are on a first-come first-serve basis.

Rates are only available for February 25 – February 28, 2019. Nights outside these dates can be requested but cannot necessarily be guaranteed at the same rate.

Payment

All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card through Online Registration or by bank transfer. Accommodation fee payments must be received prior to the deadline date.

Confirmation

Participants will receive a confirmation by e-mail when payment is received in full. Please present this confirmation at the Registration Desk at the conference venue as proof of your registration.

 

Change / Cancellation / Refund Policy

Your reservation cannot be changed online after January 15. Any change or cancellation must be made in writing to Spin Mechanics 6 Registration Desk (gt_iod09@or.knt.co.jp).

 

Until 5:00 pm January 15 (Japan local time): Please re-login the Registration Online with your ID and Password to make any change or cancellation.
After 5:00 pm January 15 (Japan local time): Please send us a written notice by e-mail at gt_iod09@or.knt.co.jp.
