・In case you reserve a twin room and your accompanying person cancel the room, cancellation charge for your travel companion is incurred (after 20 days before the night of stay). Additional accommodation fee for single occupancy is also required.
・In case you substitute for another guest after his/her application, handling charge (JPY 1,080) is incurred (Additional cancellation charge is also incurred during the period above).
(2) In case of any changes and cancellations (name of the guests, room type, etc.) after September 13, a written notification should be sent to Kinki Nippon Tourist by e-mail (ecc_iod03@or.knt.co.jp). (Please note that we do not accept any request for change by phone.)
(3) Refund will be made either to the same credit card or to your bank account after deducting the cancellation penalties and bank transfer fee.
*The date and time of the change and cancellation by KNT will be based on the office working hours (Monday through Friday 10:00(am)-17:00(5:00pm) [Japan time] except National Holidays. If your cancellation/change request is delivered after working hours, cancellation will be made next working day, which may incur charges.
