A block of rooms at neighboring hotels has been secured for the meeting attendees. Accommodation can be booked via Online Reservation. Rooms are limited and are on a first-come first-serve basis.

Rates are only available for 16 Oct. – 19 Oct. (4 nights), 2018. Nights outside these dates can be requested but cannot necessarily be guaranteed at the same rate.

Payment

All payments must be made by credit card.

We will withdraw the amount from your account within one week after the application deadline. (Not immediate settlement)

After the full payment, we will send a confirmation e-mail to your registered e-mail address with your reservation details.

【In case of failure of withdrawal for credit card payments】
We will send an e-mail to your registered e-mail address.
If we cannot get a reply within a week, your order will be treated as cancelled. (Please let us know if you wish to cancel your order).
Credit Card: We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club and JCB.

※ Please make sure your credit card is valid at least until October, 2018.

【Refund】

　A refund will be made to the credit card used for payment and deducting the cancellation charges.
