Payment for Early Registration should be made by July 31st, 2019, 17:00 (JST), for Late Registration by September 13th, 2019, 17:00 (JST).

* For a postdoctoral, student, graduate student, or trainee applicants: please bring documents that you can prove your status, such as the certificate of your supervisor or student ID card, on the first day of the Conference.
Accommodation (operated by Kinki Nippon Tourist)
A block of rooms at neighboring hotels has been secured for the conference attendees. Accommodation can be booked through Online Application. Rooms are limited and are on a first-come first-serve basis.
Rates are available for September 22 to September 24, 2019 inclusive. Nights outside these dates can be requested but cannot necessarily be guaranteed at the same rate.
Any incidental expenses such as phone calls and room services have to be paid by the guest during check out.

Insurance
Please note that it is the responsibility of all attendees to take out full insurance to cover all expenses, including registration fee, in the event that they are unable to travel for any reason.

1. Information related to accommodations will be all announced on this website. there will be no brochures or other items (instruction, contacts, etc.) sent through post.
