Payment
Payment of hotel accommodation must be made in full by credit card or bank transfer in Japanese yen (JPY). Reservations are confirmed only when the full payment has been made. Once the payment is completed, a payment confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.

Change and Cancellation
You can change and cancel the reservation online until 5:00p.m. Monday, September 30, 2019 (except Hyatt Regency Tokyo) with your ID and password. After that, please notify to KNT by e-mail (gt_iod04[at]or.knt.co.jp) to avoid miscommunications. Depending on the date of cancellation, following penalties are to be charged.

After office hours, cancellation will be made the next day, which may incur charges.
Refund
1) Credit card refund will be made to the same credit card during or after ABU Tokyo 2019 after deducting credit card service and applicable cancellation charges. We will inform you of the necessary procedures individually, so please follow the instruction to receive the full refund.
2) Bank transfer refund will be made to your bank account during or after ABU Tokyo 2019 after deducting bank transfer fee and applicable cancellation charges. Please kindly note that due to international money transfer and our payment system, it might take some time for you to see the refund in your bank statement.
