Visa Assistance

We provide visa supporting documents for those who need them to obtain visa to enter Japan. JPY 8,000 are charged for the assistance costs, which should be on your expense. Please complete the registration and let us know the necessity for the visa by Thursday, October 31, 2019.

Change and Cancellation Policy

Following cancellation fee will be applied for any changes or cancellations:
Registration Fee: Non-refundable
Hotel Accommodation:

20 to 8 days before the night of stay	20% of accommodation fee
7 to 2 days before the night of stay	30% of accommodation fee
1 day before the night of stay	40% of accommodation fee
On the reserved day (Before check-in time)	50% of accommodation fee
On the reserved day (after check-in time) or no show without notice	100% of accommodation fee (No refund)
