Presentation Instructions

We accept both live and pre-recorded presentations.
Please use Microsoft Power Point or Apple Keynote to create your presentation slide.
Oral presentation will be 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A.
Oral presentation videos will be accessible by attendees of the conference by January 2^nd in the conference website (Eventhub), whose access is limited to attendees by password.
If you do not intend your video to be accessible after your presentation, please inform us your intention.

If you choose a live presentation, you will give a presentation via Zoom.
The URL link for entering the Zoom conference room will be provided to each session.
The speaker will give a live presentation at the scheduled time which will be announced by AIMECS2021 organizing committee.
The speaker will present using the "Share Screen" function.

If you are unable to give a presentation in real time, please prepare and submit your presentation files by the deadline.
Attendees will see the video and ask questions to presenters either through the conference website (Eventhub) or email.
Please answer and interact with attendees through these media.
The format for the pre-recorded oral presentation
- File format: mp4
- Up to 15 min.
- Less than 1 GB
- VideoPicture quality : 720p~1080p
- Screen ratio: 16:9 (recommended)

Submission Deadline：19^th November JST(UTC +9).

(Those who choose a pre-recorded oral presentation)

Poster presentation will be available for on-demand viewing on the conference website (EventHub). Attendees will see the posters and ask questions to presenters either through the conference website (Eventhub) or email. Please answer and interact with attendees through these media.
Please use Microsoft Power Point or Apple Keynote to create your presentation slide and submit it in video format (MP4) by the deadline.
*Please note that only video files (MP4) can be submitted as a poster presentation for AIMECS2021.
The data format for the poster presentation
- File format: mp4
- Please note that attendeesʼ monitor size may be small. Please divide your presentation into multiple slides so that all the attendees can see.
- Poster presentation may or may not be narrated. The narrated presentation should be about 10 minutes long.
- There is no limit to the number of slides.
- Picture quality: 720p~1080p
- Less than 1 GB
- Screen ratio: 16:9 (recommended)
