The conference will take place on Monday, November 29–Thursday, December 2, 2021.

What is the format of the conference to be held?

The conference will be held online. The URL for the conference will not be posted on this website, but will be provided by an email before the conference. Be sure to check the email from the Secretariat so that you do not miss the information.

When will the online registration form be available for this conference?

The registration form will be available from July 2021.

When do we need to pay the registration fee?

The registration fee is General:20,000Yen (JPY), Students:10,000Yen.

I am a graduate student. Can I register for a category "Student" for this conference?

Yes, you need to write your affiliation (name of your university and your research laboratory).
The registration fee is 10,000Yen.

When will the abstract registration be opened?

Abstract submission will be available from July 2021. We will provide the detailed information as soon as it is determined. Please wait for the next announcement.

Will there be any corporate exhibitions?

Corporate exhibitions are planned to be held online. Please wait for the next announcement for details.

How long are general oral presentations and poster presentations?

General oral presentations will be 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A.
This may change slightly depending on the number of applications.

We now plan to display only the posters in the events page without video or audio explanations.
Posters will be available for viewing from one week prior to the symposium until one month after the symposium.
Therefore, Q&A sessions will be held on the event page or via email, and there will be no special Q&A session for poster presentations.

When will the abstracts of the conference be published?

The abstracts will be published online on November 22nd, 2021(UTC +9).
