To register, please click on Online Registration . In order to attend this conference, you must complete online (web) registration and settle payment.

AIMECS2021 will be held online by using “EventHub”, an online event platform.
URL for the online sessions will be given by the e-mail according to the following schedule (JST (UTC+9)).
- For those who have completed the payment by November 15th, information for attendance will be sent by email on November 22th.
- For those who have completed the payment by November 16th - November 19th, information for attendance will be sent by email on November 24th.
- For those who have completed the payment by November 20th - November 25th, information for attendance will be sent by email on November 26th.
- For those who have completed the payment by November 26th - November 28th, information for attendance will be sent by email on November 29th.
- Although we also welcome new participants during the symposium (November 29th to December 2nd, 2021), please note that it takes up to 24 hours until you can get access to the online sessions.
- The final deadline for registration is 10:00 a.m. on December 2nd, 2021.
- Please be careful not to miss the invitation mail from EventHub: AIMECS2021 Secretariat<no-reply@eventhub.jp>.
PAYMENT
Registration will be completed only with full payment.
- All payments should be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by bank transfer or credit card through Online Registration.
Bank Transfer:
- Bank Transfer payment should be completed by November 15th JST (UTC+9). From November 16th, we kindly ask you to settle the payment by credit card only.
Credit Card:
- Available Credit Card: VISA, Master Card, American Express and JCB.
- Drawer of this online payment transaction will be "Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. / KINTETSU INTERNATIONAL".
However, the company name might be slightly changed depending on the card company. - Please use a credit card which is valid at least until the end of January, 2022.
Payment Receipt:
- If you have completed your registration and payment, you can download your payment receipt from "My Page".
- After logging in to "My Page" from the link below with Registration ID and password, "Receipt" button appears on the top of "My Page".
URL (https://gakkai-web.net/p/knt/aimecs2021/reg/mod2.php) - "Receipt" button is available from October 1st.
- For those who have completed the payment by Bank transfer, "Receipt" button will appear on the system once we confirm your payment.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation Policy
Refund of payments for your registration will be made if written notification reached the Conference Registration Desk as follows:
- Until October 29th, 2021 JST(UTC +9) – 50% refund
- From October 30th, 2021 JST(UTC +9) – No refund
The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Monday – Friday 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. JST(UTC +9). We are close on Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays). After working hours, cancellation will be made next day, which may incur charges.
Refunds will be made before the conference upon with deducting credit card service charges and the cancellation penalties.
If payment was made by credit card, refund will be made to the same credit card.
If the payment was made by bank transfer, please send us aimecs2021@ech.co.jp the copy of bank remittance.
AIMECS2021 Conference liability limitation
In the event of an industrial disruption or natural disaster, 13th AFMC International Medicinal Chemistry Symposium, the Organizing committee, management and service providers and supporting organizations do not accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by Exhibitor companies, personnel and conference delegates, - further indicated as participants -, neither for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during or related to the AIMECS2021 conference. All insurance, including medical cover, or expenses incurred in the event of the cancellation of AIMECS2021 are the responsibility of the participant.
AIMECS 2021 is being held using third party platforms, EventHub and Zoom.
The conference cannot accept any responsibility for the performance of these platforms and it is the participant's responsibility to ensure they have stable internet access to view the videos on these platforms.
Terms and Conditions
Please read the following “Terms and Conditions” before making registration.
- KNT process personal information in accordance with the privacy policy.
- KNT and commissioned companies shall use personal information entered in the registration form to contact the applicant, and shall also use the information within the scope necessary for arranging and providing the applied services.
- Copyright of official images and photographs covering the event and their usage right on Mass Media belongs to the organizer.
