Hotel Safety Commitment

• Installation of droplet spread prevention screens,Acrylic screens will be installed at locations where our staff is in regular contact with our guests, such as front desks and restaurant cashiers.
• We ask all stay guests to disinfect their hands and measure their body temperature upon arrival at the hotel. Also, we ask all stay guests to fill out a self-check sheet upon checking in to the hotel.
• We will enhance ventilation by regularly opening windows and/or by making full use of mechanical ventilation system in house to bring in the fresh air from outside.
• We will thoroughly implement body temperature measurement, hand-washing, gargling, and disinfection before start of work, and our staff will wear masks or face shields when carrying out work duties.

Any change(guest name, number of guest ) or cancellation must be notified by e-mail to TGS Entry Japan Support Office (knt-ecc706@or.knt.co.jp).
Refund of payments for your registration will be made if written notification reached TGS Entry Japan Support Office as follows:

Refunds will be made before the TOKYO GAME SHOW2022 upon with deducting credit card service charges and the cancellation penalties.
The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Monday – Friday 10:00 – 18:00 (JST) )except the national holidays.
After working hours, cancellation will be made next working day, which may incur charges.

A note to all TGS attendees:
In the case that you become infected with the coronavirus, or you become a close contact of someone who becomes infected, please understand you will be responsible for bearing the cost of the safety measures that may be necessary to be taken according to the Japaneselaw such as having to quarrantine, etc. Thank you for your cooperation.
