Registration Category Criteria
• To qualify for Member Registration rate, you must be a member of JSCM and other CSI societies.
• To qualify for Student Registration rate, you must be a full-time student in an accredited university. Please submit a copy of valid ID (student card or official letter) to 95th JSCM Desk(ecc5-09@or.knt.co.jp) by e-mail with your registration ID.
• Please answer only whether or not you are attending the banquet. Please pay the banquet fee in cash on the conference day (Banquet may be cancelled depending on COVID-19 epidemic situation.)

Rooms have been secured for the conference attendees at Hotel Monterey Hanzomon. Accommodation can be booked online through “Online Registration” . Rooms are limited and are on a first-come first-serve basis.

Rates are only available for 24th October (check-in date) – 26th October (check-out date), 2022. Nights outside these dates can be requested but cannot necessarily be guaranteed at the same rate.

• Room rate is per person per night.
• Room can only be used by one person per room.
• Services included: A room, a breakfast, 10% consumption tax and service charge.
• Services not included: personal expenses (laundry, telephone bill, mini-bar, medical expenses due to injury or illness, travel insurance.
• Room equipment: Bathroom and Toilet.
• Please notify 95th JSCM Desk (ecc5-09@or.knt.co.jp) if you expect to arrive at your hotel after 10:00 pm to avoid the cancellation of your reservation.
• Deadline for reservation: 5p.m. 15th September, 2022.(JST)
• Tour escort: not included.
• Minimum number of participants: 1 person.
• Please be noted that all rooms are non-smoking.
• Full payment will be required to complete your reservation.
• Accommodation itinerary: First day(start point): check-in date / Last day(end point): check-out date.

All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card through Online Registration except banquet fee by 5p.m. 15th September, 2022. (JST) Neither checks nor cash are accepted. Please pay the banquet fee only in cash on the conference day (Banquet may be cancelled depending on COVID-19 epidemic situation.)

• Available Credit Card: VISA, Master Card, Diners, American Express and JCB.
• Drawer of this online payment transaction will be "Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. / KINTETSU INTERNATIONAL".
  However, the company name might be slightly changed depending on the card company.
• Please use a credit card which is valid at least until the end of December, 2022.
• Once the payment is completed, a payment confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
• Credit card transactions will be recorded your credit card statement two or three month later due to system matter.

Any change or cancellation must be notified by e-mail to 95th JSCM Desk (ecc5-09@or.knt.co.jp).
Refund of payments for your registration will be made if written notification reached 95th JSCM Desk as follows:

• Refunds will be made before the conference upon with deducting credit card service charges and the cancellation penalties.
• The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Monday through Friday 09:30a.m. – 5:00p.m. (JST) except the national holidays. After working hours, cancellation will be made next working day, which may incur charges.

Registration and hotel reservation can be made online through “Online Registration”
-You must have a valid e-mail address in order to apply. All communication with regard to your application will be sent via e-mail.
-After submitting the online registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that the submission of your registration was successful. However, please note that receiving the e-mail does not imply your registration and hotel reservation are confirmed. Your registration will be confirmed separately by e-mail after your payment is made.
