Your request will be forwarded to the hotel. However, please kindly understand that smoking rooms might not be provided as your request due to the room vacancy.
*If you would like to stay before Feb.27 or after Mar.6, please include this request in “Remarks” upon your booking. Please kindly note that the rooms cannot necessarily be guaranteed at the same rate.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE
- The rate shown in hotel booking site is per room per night including breakfast, 10% consumption tax and service charge.
- Incidental charges (such as meals not included in the plan, laundry, telephone, etc.) are to be paid directly to the hotel.
PAYMENT
- All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card through Online Registration within 72 hours after reservation. Neither checks nor cash are accepted. The total amount will be charged within a week after the booking deadline and your reservation will then be confirmed with full payment.
- We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB.
*Drawer of this online payment transaction will be “Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. / KINTETSU INTERNATIONAL / Kinki Nippon Tourist Corporate Business Co., Ltd. ”. However, the company name might be slightly different depending on the card company.
- Please use a credit card which is valid until March, 2023.
- Credit card transactions might be recorded on your credit card statement about two or three months later due to system matter.
CHANGE / CANCELLATION
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be made by email to TOKYO MARATHON 2023 Hotel Reservation Desk (marathon@or.knt.co.jp).
*The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Monday through Friday 1:00pm – 5:00pm [Japan Standard time] except the national holidays and new year holidays (5:00pm on Dec. 23, 2022- 1:00pm on Jan. 10, 2023). Cancellation after working hours, will be made on next working day, which may incur charges.

・Information related to accommodations will be all announced on this website. There will be no brochures or other items (instructions, contracts, etc.) sent through post.
・Kinki Nippon Tourist Corporate Business Co., Ltd. and commissioned companies shall use provided personal information in the booking form to contact the applicant, and shall also use the information within the scope necessary for arranging and providing the applied services.
・Purchase of travel services represents your acceptance of Tour Terms and Conditions. Please download or print it before booking.
・For any residents of EEA countries, KNT processes personal information in accordance with the Processing of Personal Data of Customers in EU.
