We, Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. (KNT), have been appointed as the official agency for the 2024 IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA2024), and are pleased to offer accommodation for the conference attendees.
A block of rooms at neighboring hotels has been secured for the conference attendees and can be reserved via the online reservation system. Please check information of hotel accommodation as below.

Application Period
February 6 (Tue.) 2024 – April 18 (Thu.), 2024 (JST=UTC+9).
- Application is accepted online only and not by fax or telephone.
- The hotel reservations will be made on a first-come and first-served basis. Please note that the rooms may be sold out before the application deadline. When there is a cancellation after once all rooms get fully occupied, the application site might be reopen.
- There is no waiting list.
- If you are staying for several nights, please select the number of days you need.

Any expenses which are NOT mentioned in the “What is Included in the Price”, but expected expenses are listed below;
- Registration fee for the 2024 IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation
- Meal Fees (Lunch fees, Dinner fees)
- Transportation fees between home and the hotel, and between the hotel and the venue
- Personal expenses such as beverages, laundry and communication expense which are not mentioned in the itinerary
- Travel Insurance fee
Change / Cancellation Policy
The following fees will be applied for changes and cancellations.
- Once the reservation is made, cancellations or changes should be done by yourself on your “My Page.” (After deadline, please contact us by email (icra2024_travel@or.knt.co.jp)
- If any refund occurs by change or cancellation, please contact us by email.
- Any changes after the time of cancellation charge occurs is subject to cancellation fees.

- Refund will be made to the credit card primary paid.
- If you do not inform us of your cancellation by check-in time of your reserved hotel, it is considered as “no-show” and you will not be refunded.

- 【STEP2】Payment

- Payment must be completed by April 18 (Thu.), 2024 (JST=UTC+9).
- Application will be completed only with full payment.
- Payment must be made in Japanese Yen（JPY）by credit card only.
（VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX or Diners club only） - Credit card transactions might be recorded on your credit card statement about 2 to 3 months later due to system matter.
- Only 3D Secure compatible credit cards are acceptable for instant payment.
- Since no confirmation email after payment confirmation will sent, please check your payment status on your “My Page”. Only in case we are unable to confirm your payment, we will contact your registered email address.
- In case payment error occurs, please click "Change of Payment Method" under "Information about Payment" in "My Page" and try the payment again within 3 days. If you receive an error and cannot make the payment even with a different card, please let us know by e-mail.
