Registration

Please register and pay the registration fee in advance because the reception desk is expected to be very busy on the day of the conference.

Procedure for entry and Registration

  • Click “Registration Site” below, and proceed to Entry.

  • Select and enter your personal information.

  • We will reply with your registration number and password.

  • You can proceed to“Registration”

  • Payment credit card only.
    *Credit card payment will be charged after 1 Dec.

  • When you complete registration you will receive a notification to your specified E-mail address.
    ※Your ID and password will be provided. Keep them safe so that you can change/cancel your registration

Payment

Note: Payment method of registration is limited to Credit Card only on website.

Change/cancel

You can change/cancel your registration by using your ID and password.

After the closing day (Nov 1), you cannot change/cancel the content of your registration online.
You can change/cancel by E-mail after online accommodation.

Procedure after registration

Credit card (Visa, Master, JCB, Amex, Diners)
The credit card you specified in the registration pages.
* Drawer of this online payment transaction will be “KNT_WEB_CREDIT”. However, the exact name of the drawer might slightly vary depending on the card company.
* Credit card transactions might be recorded on your credit card statement about two to three months later due to system matter.
Only 3D Secure compatible credit cards are acceptable for instant payment.
Since no confirmation email after payment confirmation will sent, please check your payment status on your “my page”.
Only in case we are unable to confirm your payment, we will contact your registered email address.

Passports and Visas
Every person entering Japan must have a valid passport. In addition, persons coming from certain countries must have a visa issued by a Japanese consulate in their country. Please be aware that in some cases, it takes more than one month to obtain a visa. For details, please inquire at your nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate.

Notes on Registration

You can pay by credit card on the day of registration at the venue.

Receipt

Receipts for the registration fee for JSME The 8th International Conference on Advanced Mechatronics (ICAM2024) will be handed out with your name tag on the day of the conference. (Details will be provided separately to each participant.)
