*Applications must be submitted by an adult 19 years or older.

*The minimum number of participarts reguired is one person. No tourconductor attend.

*Room equipment: Bathroom and Toilet

*Shared rooms with non-relatives is not permitted.

*Please notify TOKYO MARATHON 2024 Hotel Reservation Desk (marathon@or.knt.co.jp) in advance if you expect to arrive at your hotel after 10:00 pm to avoid the cancellation of your reservation.

*Please note that all rooms will be non-smoking rooms. If you would like to request smoking room, please include this request in “Remarks” on the online booking page. Your request will be forwarded to the hotel. However, please kindly understand that smoking rooms might not be provided as your request due to the room vacancy.

*If you would like to stay before Tuesday, 27 Feb. or after Monday, 4 Mar., please include this request in “Remarks” upon your booking. Please kindly note that the rooms cannot necessarily be guaranteed at the same rate.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE

- The rate shown in hotel booking site is per room per night including breakfast, 10% consumption tax, service charge and accommodation tax.

- Meal(per one day accommodation)： Breakfast =1 / Lunch= 0 / Dinner= 0

- Incidental charges (such as meals not included in the plan, laundry, telephone, etc.) are to be paid directly to the hotel.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATE

- Right to run in the Tokyo Marathon 2024

- Medical expenses related to illness or bodily injury

- Transportation expenses

PAYMENT

- All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card through Online Registration within 72 hours after reservation. Neither checks nor cash are accepted. The total amount will be charged within a week after the booking deadline and your reservation will then be confirmed with full payment.

- We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB.

　*Drawer of this online payment transaction will be “Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. / KINTETSU INTERNATIONAL”. However, the company name might be slightly different depending on the card company.

- Please use a credit card which is valid until March, 2024.

- Credit card transactions might be recorded on your credit card statement about two or three months later due to system matter.

CHANGE / CANCELLATION

Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be made by email to TOKYO MARATHON 2024 Hotel Reservation Desk (marathon@or.knt.co.jp).

 

*The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Monday through Friday 1:00pm – 5:00pm [Japan Standard time] except the national holidays and new year holidays (5:00pm on Dec. 22, 2023- 1:00pm on Jan. 9, 2024). Cancellation after working hours, will be made on next working day, which may incur charges.

Up to 21 days prior to the check-in date	No charge
20 to 8 days prior to the check-in date	20% of the room charge
7 to 2 days prior to the check-in date	30% of the room charge
1 day before the check-in date	40% of the room charge
On the day of check-in date (before check-in time)	50% of the room charge
On the day of check-in date (after check-in time)	100% of the room charge
Non-participants without any contact	100% of the room charge

*Refunds will be made upon with deducting the cancellation penalties.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR RESERVATION

For hotel reservation, agreement is required for below 3 points before making online booking:

・Information related to accommodations will be all announced on this website. There will be no brochures or other items (instructions, contracts, etc.) sent through post.

・Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. and commissioned companies shall use provided personal information in the booking form to contact the applicant, and shall also use the information within the scope necessary for arranging and providing the applied services.

・Purchase of travel services represents your acceptance of Tour Terms and Conditions. Please download or print it before booking.

・For any residents of EEA countries, KNT processes personal information in accordance with the Processing of Personal Data of Customers in EU.
