Notice: Presenters must complete their registration within Registration period.
If payment is made after this period, the abstract will not be included in the abstract book, even if it has been submitted, and the presentation will be removed from the list of presenters.

Accommodation details
- Please refer to the lists of the hotels above for confirming, type of the rooms. (It will be available to apply from 1 night.)
- Type of rooms will be based on single and twin with bath and toilet.
- Tour fare will not be discounted for elementary school student. It could be accepted under elementary school student without beds and another service by no charge, however the accommodation charge will be required when meals and beds are necessary.
- Sharing a room with other guests is not accepted.
- We will make an arrangement for the accommodation requested as much as possible with concerning conference venues and schedules. However it is not limited to above, because of any factors included a capacity of each accommodaton and the date of application.
- Tour conductor is not available.
- Minimum number of participation is 1 person.
We will accept the reservation of the hotel just as your request.
Payment Procedure
- The payment method is credit card only.
- All payment must be paid only in Japanese Yen.
- Credit card transaction will be made under the name of KNT co.,ltd or Kintetsu international.
- Please use a credit card that is valid at least until December 2025.
Cancellation Policy
〈Registration fee〉
Until August 12 2025, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
On & after August 13 2025, no refund.
Online presentations will not be accepted.

Cancellation or Change
In case of change and/or cancellation, a written notification should be KNT by e-mail.
The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours
(Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. except Japanese national holidays).
After working hours, cancelation will be made next day

・For any residents of EEA countries, KNT processes personal information in accordance with the privacy policy.
