We ask all participants including presenters to make registration for symposium through this website before the deadline.
Please note that registration will be completed only with full payment.

*Applications for Banquet will be closed if the number of participants reaches the limit.

Payment:

Payment of registration fees should be made in Japanese Yen by one of the following payment methods.

 

1) Credit Card (VISA, Master Card, American Express and JCB only)
If you choose a credit card payment, the amount due will be charged to your credit card within a week after making the registration.

 

2) Bank Transfer
A bank transfer must be made in full amount without any deductions for bank charges.

Please note:
The payment should be settled by Aug. 31, 2018 (for Early) and Oct. 5, 2018 17:00 (JST) (for Late), respectively, at the latest. However you are requested to make your payment immediately (within a week) after your registration.

 

 

Confirmation:

KNT will email you a confirmation after the deadline, informing you of the completed registration and other information which applies. Please be sure to bring the confirmation e-mail when you register at the venue.

 

 

Change and Cancellation:

In case of any changes or cancellation, please send us a written notice by e-mail at gmd_iod06@or.knt.co.jp.
The date and time of the change or cancellation will be based on our working hours (Monday through Friday except National holidays, during 09:30am-5:30pm (Japan time = GMT+9:00)). After working hours, the change or cancellation will be processed our next working day, which may incur charges.

Refund:

Refund will be made during or after the workshop period, after deducting bank and / or credit card service charges and the cancellation penalties. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made to the same credit card. Please make sure your credit card is valid through the end of Oct. 2018.

 

Visa:

If you need a visa to enter Japan, KNT-CT Global Travel CO., LTD. will help you to provide the documentation for the visa support:
-Letter of guarantee
-Letter of reason for invitation
-Schedule of stay

Indispensable condition to request the visa support:

・You have completed the online registration.

・Your registration fee has been paid.

*Please note that if any of these requirements is not met, the visa support cannot be accepted. 
*Visa applications should be made at least one month before the intended travel dates. We strongly suggest you to inform us your request of visa application as soon as possible. 

 

*For applicants who need to apply for a visa, the payment date of the registration fee will be advanced.

Insurance:

Participants are advised to procure their own travel insurance, as the Organizing Committee will assume no responsibility for personal accidents, sickness, theft or property damage.

 

Requirements for Application:

For registration, agreement is required for below 3 points before making online application:

1) Information related to accommodations will be all announced on this website. There will be no brochures or other items (instructions, contracts, etc.) sent through post.

2) KNT-CT Global Travel CO., LTD. and commissioned companies shall use personal information entered in the application form to contact the applicant, and shall also use the information within the scope necessary for arranging and providing the applied services.

3) Purchase of travel services represents your acceptance of "Agent-Organized Tour Terms and Conditions". Please download or print it before applying.
