Field tours are organised by Kinki Nippon Tourist Co. Corporate 2nd Office

  • This tour is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Please select one course you want to attend.
    *You cannot select a course that has already reached capacity.
  • No fees are charged for participation in Field tour.
  • Depending on your circumstances, you may need special measures and considerations that are not included in our arrangements. Please check the application conditions in the travel conditions for details and be sure to ask us if you may need special care and attention.

The tour fee is included in the full-day participation certificate or the one-day participation certificate on 15 July.

Eligibility
Registrants for the entire ITRC2025 or one day on 15 July.
・If you are between 15 and 18 years of age and attending the 15th International Turfgrass Research Conference and are not accompanied by a parent or guardian, please submit a parental consent form. Please download the consent form from the link below, fill it in and upload it here. (PDF, jpeg, etc.)
*Persons under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. If the parent or guardian does not have parental authority, a parental consent form must be completed and submitted. Please download the consent form from the link below, fill it in and upload ithere. (PDF, jpeg, etc.)
In all cases, if a person with parental authority accompanies you, you do not need to submit a consent form.

Cancellation Policy
No cancellation fee is charged for field tours as there is no charge for the trip, but cancellations must be made by Friday 30 June.

  • Once you have registered, you will receive an ‘acceptance email’. Registration and payment of the tour fee is the official completion of your application. After payment of the fee, you will receive an ‘application completion email’ within one week; if you have not heard from us after one week, please contact us at the contact address.
  • You will receive an ‘Information for the day of departure’ (a document with meeting times, meeting places, etc.) by email at least 14 days before departure.
