- This tour is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- You can not specify seats on the Shinkansen or the type of hotel room.
- All rooms are non-smoking.
- If the number of applicants is less than the minimum of 30, the event will be cancelled.
- Information on arrival and departure times of bullet trains is based on 1st December 2024.
- Train numbers, arrival and departure times and routes are subject to change according to the railway company.
- This tour is for ITS and JSTS members.

Cancellation Policy
The customer can cancel the travel contract by paying the following cancellation fee

Cancellation due to reasons such as loans for which the company is not responsible will also be subject to the cancellation fees indicated.
Please note that if you contact us on a holiday or after office hours, your cancellation will be processed on the next working day.

- The contract is officially concluded upon registration for the pre-tour and our acceptance of the contract and payment of the trip price. payment of the fee, you will receive an ‘application completion email’ within one week; if you have not heard from us after one week, please contact us at the contact address.
- We will inform by email by Wednesday 4 June whether the tour will take place or not.
- You will receive an ‘Information for the day of departure’ (a document with meeting times, meeting places, hotels, etc.) by email at least 14 days before departure.
