Student Registration Category
*To qualify for the student registration rate, you must be a full-time student. Please email a copy of your valid Student ID (or official letter of student registration) to the conference secretariat (iccc2024@jsrae.or.jp) within two business days of completing your registration.
Visa Information
Attendees should check the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan to determine whether they require a visa to enter Japan. Please complete the online (web) registration by 15th April, 2024 JST (UTC+9).
Attendees who require visa documents, please select which documents you will need on the online registration page.
ICCC2024 Registration desk will send you the information about the support for VISA documents.
Due to the time required for visa issuance, we recommend that you promptly apply for VISA document support through the registration site.
You can apply for document support on the registration site until May 9th, but please note that it will take approximately one week for the documents to be sent.
There is a possibility that the visa may not be issued in time.
Please be aware that even if the visa is not issued in time, we cannot provide a refund for the document support.

The following four courses will be offered.

- Course C (Tour capacity: 30 persons): Training Vessel "Shin-yo Maru", Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology
- Course D (Tour capacity: 30 persons): Saito Laboratory, Waseda University

[Final Information]:
Attendees will receive final information via e-mail at the end of May, when you have completed the full payment. Please present this confirmation at the Registration Desk on site as proof of registration.
Change / Cancellation / Refund Policy
Your registration and/or other options is changeable online until 9th May 2024 JST (UTC +9). After that, any changes or cancellation must be made in writing to the ICCC2024 Registration Desk via email: ecc5-05@or.knt.co.jp to avoid any inconvenience.
-Until 9th May JST (UTC +9): Please re-login to the online registration with your ID and password to make any changes or cancellations.
-On and after 10th May JST (UTC +9): Please send a written notice by e-mail to ecc5-05@or.knt.co.jp.
The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Monday through Friday 10:00 – 17:00 JST (UTC +9) except national holidays). After business hours, cancellations will be processed on the next business day and will incur charges.

In the event of an industrial disruption or natural disaster, the ICCC2024, the Organizing committee, management and service providers and supporting organizations shall not be liable for any financial or other losses incurred by the exhibiting companies, personnel and conference delegates, herein referred to as participants, nor for any injury or damage to persons or property occurring during or in connection with the ICCC2024 conference. All insurance, including medical coverage, or expenses incurred in the event of the cancellation of ICCC2024 are the responsibility of the participant.
